Dizi Terms of Use

Dizi provides a tuner, dimo and fingering guidance, jianpu lessons, on-device practice evidence, and independent kaoji-style preparation for the Chinese bamboo flute.
Independent practice only
Independent practice material. Not affiliated with or endorsed by an examining organization. Check your chosen organization’s current syllabus, edition, and local requirements. Dizi does not certify a grade, predict an exam result, replace a qualified teacher, or provide medical advice.
Dizi Pro
- The free tier includes the tuner and the free learning path shown in the app. Pro unlocks the complete course, full-course progress history, and independent kaoji runs.
- Dizi offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The App Store purchase sheet shows the exact current regional price and any trial eligibility before you confirm; Dizi reads those values from StoreKit rather than hardcoding a checkout price.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. You keep access through the paid period. Apple’s standard refund process applies.
Coach and fair use
Network Coach requires Sign in with Apple and has the monthly allowance shown in the app. Version 2.3.7 builds Coach requests from synthesized practice metrics rather than user-entered free text. Replies can be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on Coach as an official exam ruling or abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
Rights and repertoire
Bundled studies are original, traditional, or based on identified public-domain sources. The app does not grant rights to modern third-party music. Make sure you have permission for anything you separately record or share.
