Common questions

The tuner / grading can't hear me

Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → your Soloist app is on. Get within ~30 cm of the phone in a quiet room; acoustic instruments and clean electric work best.

Restore my Pro subscription

Open the app → Toolkit → Settings → Restore Purchases, while signed into the same Apple ID you subscribed with. Subscriptions are per app.

Cancel my subscription

iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Soloist Pro → Cancel. You keep Pro until the period ends.

Delete my data

Delete the app to remove on-device data. Email us to wipe any server-side coach counters or entitlement records.
