These terms cover the Playsoloist family of instrument apps. By using an app you agree to them.
The service
Playsoloist apps are instrument-learning apps: lessons, instrument tools (tuner, fingering charts, or a playable keyboard), metronome, on-device song capture, honest grading, and an optional practice coach. Features evolve over time.
Pro
- Each app offers Pro as an auto-renewable subscription, and some apps also offer a one-time Lifetime purchase that never renews. Subscription list prices are US$9.99/month or US$59.99/year unless an app’s own terms say otherwise (prices vary by region; the App Store shows your exact price). Eligible plans may include an introductory offer; the App Store determines and shows the exact offer before purchase. Purchases and subscriptions are per app.
- Subscription payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. A Lifetime purchase is charged once, never renews, and unlocks everything built into that app for good. Where an app's network Coach writes replies with a third-party AI service, Lifetime keeps that app's free Coach allowance; a monthly or yearly plan raises it (the app shows both limits).
- Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Fair use
Network-backed Coach features may use limits shown inside their app; fully on-device Coach features do not have a server message quota. Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
Your content
Anything you play or capture stays yours. Make sure you have the right to capture audio you import.
