Soloist Trumpet Terms of Use

These terms apply to Soloist Trumpet on iPhone and iPad. By using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Standard EULA.
The service
Soloist Trumpet provides B♭-trumpet lessons, a written-note valve and partial chart, written-to-concert transposition, tuner, metronome, on-device melody capture, evidence-bounded grading, and a deterministic Practice Coach. Features may evolve over time.
Soloist Pro
- Soloist Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or yearly. In the United States the current prices are US$9.99/month and US$59.99/year; the App Store shows your exact regional price before purchase.
- Eligible new annual subscribers may see a 7-day free trial. Eligibility is determined and shown by the App Store before purchase; the monthly plan has no introductory trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. You retain Pro until the paid period ends. Apple's standard refund process applies.
Practice Coach
In version 1.1, Practice Coach builds routines on your device and has no server message quota. Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app or its anonymous public catalog service.
Your content
Anything you play or capture stays yours. Only import or capture material you have the right to use.
